Awful experience, attente de remboursement, site frauduleux

Awful experience, I have been in contact with this company since February.
Defective products, and fighting for my refund ever since.
Products delays, damaged boxes, products non working as marketed, returned in time with care + tracking, never picked up at the destination address.
Extremely pissed, highly NOT recommend this company which is clearly not facing its responsibilities.
Phone broken, facebook in Tunisia, what the hell?

Still waiting for them to acknowledge my case and refund. I am entitled by law and will not give up.

If someone from FTX is reading this, mark my words.
