Best prop firm out there. Hands down.

Ftmo is a great company, reputable, and all issues are resolved very quickly. The cost of purchasing the challenge is also reasonable.

It's a good company, it's very reliable, the commissions are quite good. When buying a challenge it's quite simple

Not a good experience.

Rules may seem clear at first, but in practice they are very strict and can work against you. The daily loss is calculated on equity in real time, so even a temporary spike can trigger a violation and close your account.

I followed my risk management, but still lost the account due to conditions that are very hard to control.

Support did not provide clear or helpful explanations.

Be careful before investing your money.

I had a very good experience with FTMO customer support.

I contacted live chat to confirm which Japanese documents are accepted for KYC verification. The staff clearly explained that a Japanese driver’s license is not accepted, that a Japanese certificate of residence can be used as proof of address, and that a Japanese My Number card should be accepted as a National ID.

Later, when I noticed that I had saved incorrect personal details in my KYC form, the support team responded quickly and forwarded my case to the relevant department for correction.

Both Younes Brown and Tiago Reynolds were polite, clear, and helpful. Their support gave me confidence in the process.

Overall, I appreciate the fast and professional assistance.

The support team is so responsive. They even follow up to know if you received the payout in time or not yet , so good.

Challenge stage, was good. Spreads seemed fair. Minimal slippage on DAX during LDN hours.
Funded process good so far, I have received one payout quickly. Looking forward to more.

FTMO Pay's never had any issue with over 50k payout now.

It may be expensive compared to other firms, but would you rather risk not getting paid by saving a few dollars? It's not worth it.
