Avoid at all costs...it is a scam! You will not be able to get any funds out and back into your bank account, even if you open an account like Kracken to receive your funds in bitcoin initially, before converting to sterling.

Not an easy withdrawal / scam
I wanted to withdraw some money from my ft group account and the customer service keeps telling me to mirror the same amount. I have already lost my 1500 and now the person is asking me to take a loan of 3500 to mirror the amount in my ft account. It feels like I will be losing more money if I go ahead with it. It does looks like a scam and no where to complain about it.

What ever you do don’t get involved with this company.
Firstly you cannot withdraw cash, you can only withdraw (if you’re very lucky) BTC.
Secondly you get flooded 50+ by other companies trying to scam you, because you’ve parted with some money as a deposit with this company. And they think your an easy touch.
Look you have been warned don’t waste your time.

Sorry to tell you guys but this company is a SCAM. Do not let them load ANYDESK App onto your phone as they can see everything you do on your phone. EG: Banking. I invested a mimum amount and within days it had gained a huge amount of 'interest'. Unreal and all fake. My FT Group 'Financial Advisor' S*****n then called me and wanted me to invest up to £3K!! When I said no she said she could do me a special deal!! Just like talking to a double glazing salesman. She was not at all happy when I told her to close my account. These are foreign scammers so BEWARE. My inital set up money was paid to a company called Intensibio.com, but they are nothing to do with FT Group. The next payment you make will be made to the scammers account not Intensibio. After contacting Intesibio in Bulgaria they refunded my setup money. Beware also of fake reviews on here.

Rating the scamming company below 0 deep in minus I signed up an agent calls I make the deposit on the platform within 11 days I’ve made money x11 I ask to withdraw not even half of the money it left my ft group account and has yet to be cleared on my wallet this is a scam guys I hope everyone searching to see this I notified the local authorities about this I hope they find these scheming thieves and imprison them for a very long time we work hard for this money however I am to blame to even think it’s so easy to make money like that..lesson learned AVOID FT GROUP ITS A SCAM

Stay away from this company unless you want to be harassed. In the last two weeks I have had 6-8 calls a day from a number of different mobile phone numbers and as quick as you block them another is calling. I have tried to contact them by phone and email to cancel my enquirer and the phone number just cuts you off and the email will not send. I have had the same conversation with a number of the staff asking for it to be cancelled and to stop calling me. Been told every time the calls are not from them. Now starting to keep a log off all the calls dates and times to look into legal action for harassment.

I saw an add on Instagram to invest money I registered. Minutes later I was contacted by someone from FT Group enquiring about why I applied and what I’m looking for and how much I need to invest. I didn’t like the sound of it so I asked him to cancel my account and to stop calling me.
Since then I’ve had 75+ tel calls from different mobile numbers from the same company, I have been blocking and reporting the numbers, but I keep getting calls from different mobile numbers. All what I want is to cancel my account and to stop calling me

With my experience I will say Ft-group is a modern trading platform! To be honest I have only a good experience using the platform. The platform is user-friendly and they have very low spreads with good leverage.

It seems as if I have been defrauded…
It seems as if I have been defrauded for investment amounts in FT-Group. Against all common sense, I entered into an agreement to establish an account for overdraft through Wise bank with a first transaction of € 250 and secondly €820. The amount was then to be transferred to my established trading account in FT-Group with currency purchases as a basis for "good" investments. Belonging to my account, a dashboard was established, where I could see the development of the investments, but these are just their self-produced numbers without reality. On the same day, my account in their bank is suspended and my suspicion is leveled at FT-Group as pure fraud. Now, of course, the amount transferred is not much, but enough for me to want to proceed with the matter. I have tried to contact FT-Group, both trader and centrally in the system without success. Do any out there, have any information about the company and how I can get in contact or best procedure.

FT Group is a platform for a scam on 4 occassions ive tried to withdraw and it wont let me .from making money to trying withdraw it 4 times always says in progress.
to them telling me where to open a bank account putting money in that bank account.
to be advised by them then my money to be stolen they have cost me £6500 be warned , people probably from that same organisation making all these nice reviews and answering them.
its just a big scam.the last review i put up 2 days ago thats been taken down but why i dont know.
ive had phone calls back off them scammers telling me to take my previous review down on here which i wont but trust pilot have . i hope this one stays on or what is the point in this.i can prove to trust pilot my police report and how they scammed me.

If I could give -10 I would. SCAM SCAM SCAM. You can’t make withdrawals, they get you to download an app Anydesk, which mirrors your phone and then ask you to open your bank account and sign in. All along watching what ur doing. Absolute scumbags. Don’t fall for it, stay away. Expensive lesson learned. CON, SCAM, BEWARE!

Registered an interest on a website, got a call and email and I advised I was no longer interested. I am now getting 4 calls a day from different people at this company, and they all claim this is the first time they are calling me. I have asked every one of them to remove me from their database, but the calls keep coming.

I am a disabled vulnerable person who has the same cos of living problems as everyone.I have been struggling with my electricity bill, so I thought the information I received about this product - this might help if I invested £200 into this company (FT). The information given - they asked me to create an account followed all guidance but I was met with a large amount of false information. Before receiving my money lots and lots of calls - on receipt I try to call this company but no answers. I feel a fool - if only I had done due dillegance Please please please 🙏🏻 no one come near this company FT group , and check trustpilot before you deal with it.

There are no contact details or company registration details at the foot of their website - be warned. Lengthy promises of a simple dealing system and method to withdraw your money but this requires opening 2 further complex bank accounts with offshore connections, to be used as exchange devises - you cannot get your money back. They are not on the FCA/ Financial Services Register.

I’ve used this company to claim profits I made on another crypto outfit that has nearly £10k of my money. This company advised me to use Revolut a trusted bank for the transaction.
