I have been a happy customer for more than 20 years and always enjoyed great support. FS-Data helped me finish my deals when I could not run my business anymore, due to being severely injured in a traffic accident. I am very thankful for their kind help doing this. They even cancelled some of the invoices I owed them.

I have had FS Data as a domain provider in almost 15 years for my previous homepage consultingdilot.com. But now, since 2016, I am only using my web page dilotenergy.com hosted by another web hotel.

I had an issue with accessing my server which was quickly resolved by Melos and Fredrik. It was very easy to use the chat for help and Melos could figure out what was wrong with some easy questions about the issue.
Everything was resolved within 30 minutes and we already figured out that I could access my server from a different IP within 5 minutes after I wrote them.
I think this is very good considering it was after 22 in the evening and I could multi-task while staying on the chat.
I am a satisfied customer at FS data.

We hade problems with our mail but Melos fixed they problem. So happy with his help, fokus on the problem

i was having some trubbel with my new controlpanel feature and was worried that I ordered it two times.
But Jakob from support helped me check and answered my questions on how it works.

We have now successfylly migrated our Linux server with CentOS 7.9 operating system and PLESK 18.0.33 Control panel to a new and better HW.

For sure, these things are never trivial but due to excellent support from Fredrik J that showed persistence we made it!

I have had a few issues during the years with FS Data. About billing, SSL certificate, and so on. And now recently an e-mail havoc.
I have been irritated.
But I must say the Support Department have always been excellent. Always friendly and professional, also when I have sometimes been ironic stating my matter. Now the other day Melos and Samuel helped me to finally get my e-mail back in shape.
So highest grade to Melos and Samuel and the other guys at Support!
As for FS Data as a whole, it will take some time before they have regained my full trust.

Utterly useless performance, magically losing files and breaking websites on its own. Even at a discount it wasn't worth the hassle and time trying to host anything on their service.
Three months response time to their support with only ever receiving "we are working on it" two months ago. Five reminding emails with no response. Four attempts to terminate service with no response.

I wouldn't even bother trying to do anything with them even if their services were free, its just a waste of time.
