I feel the store did a great job…

I feel the store did a great job explaining newly eligible FSA products. I'm new to using a FSA and have had one open only for a few years now. Every year I seem to have a different experience than from the year before. I appreciate that the store acts as a one-stop shop for all things FSA-eligible.

Playing games told me that they had my product and it was processing after a week in ive called and asked for my product and still told me the same thing so finally ive asked do you have the product in stock and said no so i just requested my money back

Again I am receiving a shipment…

Again I am receiving a shipment incomplete and then I have to call or email to try and receive a response, which I have not received an answer. Charge my card, then I have to do the leg work on getting an answer, very unhappy customer. If this is how you run your business, count me out. Taking my business some where else.
