Poor Quality, Misleading Description, and Unresponsive
I ordered bras from Frye Bra expecting comfort and support as advertised. What I received was extremely disappointing—the bras were poor quality, did not match the description or images online, and felt cheaply made.
Instead of processing a refund, the company suggested I pay an additional $15 to receive more undergarments I did not want. When I declined, they stopped responding to all correspondence regarding how to proceed with the return and my refund request. I followed their return policy exactly and even included a copy of it in my communications, yet they have ignored my messages entirely.
This experience has been frustrating and feels deceptive. I’m sharing this review to warn others: Frye Bra does not appear to stand behind its products or its policies. I will be posting my experience and all correspondence on
social media to help others avoid the same mistake.

I do not wish to pay an additional $15.00, nor do I need replacement underwear. If you do not wish to receive return items, I will donate them. However, per your stated return policy, I am requesting a refund for the four bras I purchased.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed and when the reimbursement has been made to my account.

Hello, I apologize for this situation.
If you return the product, shipping costs can be very expensive. You can keep the product and pay $15 again. We will send you 10 pieces of leakproof underwear.
