Total Scam...many different charges to my card. I have no idea what it was for. I called 855-734-2185 and they just said it was a steaming service that I was totally unfamiliar with and never used. I had to cancel by card and sit on the phone for a couple hours trying to get my money back.

I got scammed and I never signed up for…
I got scammed and I never signed up for anything. The charge was $49.95 (or 49.99) and it was from dragonbaz.com. I called them and the lady who was from overseas said the company was Fruust. I looked it up while I was talking to her and told her that she was working for a scam and she should find another job. it was silent for like 15 seconds and I thought she had hung up on me but she spoke about the legitimacy of the company. I got my money back but I had to close my card and get a new one.
Scam site and they don't cancel after asking!
Same thing happened to me that happened to another person here. I was registering my daughter for her senior portrait session and then this pop up happened for my credit card info and I assumed it was for my daughters portrait session. Next thing I know I have a FRUUST account. I immediately called the 800 number to cancel. Then the first guy pretends he can't hear me. Then I call back and the next person tells me she canceled it. But then 3 hours later I get an email welcoming me to their service with my password exposed in the email! I look at my credit card and I have a pending charge from entholexyz for $1.00. Apparently this company does this by hitting accounts for small transactions in perpetuity. I had to cancel my credit card and I reported the charge as fraud.

Okay I was terrified I was scammed but…
Okay I was terrified I was scammed but it took them a few days to respond to the cancel request email, my card hasn't been getting billed so it looks like you are able to cancel but this company is pretty bad at communication.
Stay away
Stay away! This site is a scam. They ask for your credit card info so you can sign up for their trial. However once you provide that info there is no product to access. I cancelled my subscription and it’s still active. They kept trying to bill my card and I ended up having to get a new card and account due to their fraud.
Able to cancel
I did the same thing as everyone else, immediately trying to cancel within hours after signing up for a free trial to watch a movie they claimed to have, but did not. This was on Saturday p.m. I saw a charge of $1 on my credit card from filn.doc. I googled it and found a US phone #. I called on Monday and canceled my subscription without difficulty. Connected with a live agent right away. Was only asked questions about info they already had on file. This all seemed very legit. Even got a confirming email right away indicating no charge to my credit card. But this was all within the 5 day trial period. Give it a try. 855-695-1477. I gave it 2 stars b/ it was easy to cancel, once I did some investigating.
Scam Alert
Scam. Beware of this company. I signed up for a free trial to watch an advertised film. The film wasn't available. I tried to cancel the subscription and there wasn't any method to cancel the free trial. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Fruust will not honor their promotions!
I wanted to watch a movie from Cannes Film Festival, so I signed up with Fruust for a free trial of 5 days. However, they charged my card before the trial period was over, which I did not expect or authorized. Thankfully I only keep a few dollars on it til something is supposed to go through. I always try to test the services before I pay for them, but Fruust did not respect their 5-day free trial. Moreover, I found out that Fruust is a very new domain with a hidden owner, which makes me doubt their credibility and security. I hope they won’t try to charge me again, but I think I’ll change my card just to be safe.
