We do advise in the 'Delivery & Returns' section of each product page where you place your order, where the goods are being shipped from, for example, it states "Shipping from USA" so customers are aware if it is being shipped from overseas.

My order arrived in a reasonable time…
My order arrived in a reasonable time But when I opened the package I found it had a overseas plug on the power pack and I had to go and purchase a power point adaptor before I could use the device. Then I found one of the rewind spindles broken. This I repaired myself and the rewinder now works OK.
