Refund received – but should have been resolved earlier
Etter min anmeldelse her på Trustpilot har Fruugo tatt kontakt og tilbakeført pengene for det ødelagte produktet. Det setter jeg stor pris på. Samtidig er det unødvendig at jeg måtte gå via Trustpilot for å få gjennomslag – dette burde vært løst av kundeservice fra starten.
After posting my review on Trustpilot, Fruugo contacted me and refunded the money for the defective product. I truly appreciate that. However, it should not be necessary to go through Trustpilot to get a proper resolution – customer service should have handled this correctly from the beginning.

Terrible. I bought a holder for airconditioner. It didn't pass. I wanted to return. But I had to send the item myself to China! at my expense! I paid for the item I didn't like and now I need to pay more for a long distance delivery to China! Terrible.
