I used this company once before and stupidly forgot!! But tempted by the prices, used it again.
Their order confirmation email offers no contact details, so you cant find out where your order is at.
Dont do it. The cheap prices are tempting but the products are fake rip offs.

Incompatible electric plug and foreign language
The clock arrived with a plug that is incompatible with the New Zealand electrical outlets. It is so-called Fruggo NZ. This was a gift to an elderly kind friend. I am furious and very upset about it. I bought mine from Innovations years ago and it is perfect. The language is also in French, not English. Fruggo now expects me to send a photo of the plug they sent and aphoto of a NZ plug!

I am very sorry for the disappointment caused by the clock arriving with an incompatible plug and the incorrect language. I understand your frustration, especially as this was intended as a special gift.
I would like to clarify that we require the photos of the plug specifically to provide the retailer with "proof of error." These images allow us to demonstrate that the item sent is incompatible with New Zealand standards. Once this has been received we can move onto the next steps.

Purchased a Pureology Color Fanatic…
Purchased a Pureology Color Fanatic spray but it was not the genuine product. Even the sticker was sloppily glued on and the product itself left my hair feeling dry instead of hydrated like the actual product does. So bad to sell a fake version of a good product. Such a rip off.
