TERRIBLE!

My aunt purchased some fruit as a present because my mother had died. It was packed in a lovely box and packed well but the fruit was mouldy and could not be eaten. I took photos and emailed the same day but there was no response , I then emailed again , no respnse in the end I telephoned and talked to a nice man who said he would send another the next day to be collected at a pickup point. I collected 1 day after it was sent and again the packaging was nice but it was not the same replacement (had a lot of apples and cheaper fruit) but a third of the fruit was not fit to eat. I took photos and emailed but was told by a lady it had been replaced so that is all. It spoiled what should have been a lovely surprise , the quality of the fruit is certainly not fresh and would never recommend this company. I have photos to prove these comments
