Sofiyan Khamisa and Faruq Khamisa are father and son scammers. They are thieves. They didn’t pay me for the goods that I delivered and have now vanished. Don’t return calls, messages or emails.
DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND AS THEY HAVE CLOSED UP SHOP.
Placed my order on the 20th June. Visited the store on the 22nd June and saw Farooq, who said that they were waiting on deliveries and he would drop it to my home address.
6th August: tried calling and emailing several times but no reply or response.
Logged a fraud complaint with my bank who will reclaim the money.
Their website is still taking orders so DO NOT use!
All he had to do was put a notice on his website or respond. His son(s) run the website, so no excuses! Someone could have responded to myself and others who have experienced similar.

Been 2 months no delivery no refund
Now opening dispute from bank to get money back and report to trading centre.
Placed an order on 26 May 2024 - still not delivered. Sent many emails before finally phoning the company. Was told my order would be delivered the same week. Nothing. Now the company does not even answer the phone! The website says "we are back"- it is obviously not!
