I received an incorrect duplicate product. When I reached out to them they responded right away. Within a week I had my correct product.
I've only been using the products in the Complete System for Mature Women’s Skin for a short time but so far I'm really pleased with everything!

I like the way the products make my skin feel, and how simple the system is. The communications from the company are great too. So far I’m liking the results.

I live in the mountains at 8300' (2530 meters) and the air is very dry. My skin absolutely loves Froya's deep moisturizing products! I have been using them for six (6) months now, and people comment how clear and dewy my skin looks.

UPDATE - I did absolutely email so that is a mystery. It would be much simpler if customers could cancel their subscription online like most other companies allow you to. No one likes to feel trapped.
This has now been resolved very quickly since communicating here.
I do like the products and would probably have continued to purchase is it wasn’t for this blip.

Absolutely impossible to cancel your subscription- they just keep taking money. No way to cancel online and no response from customer services!

I ordered the day cream and the night cream, and when delivered, there was only the day cream in the small bubble wrap envelope…I reached out, and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly the Froya team responded…they are sending my missing product-hopefully I receive it soon! I will report back-for now, I am leaving the 5 stars based off of the quick response & helpfulness of Froya!

Grateful for the rapid response when I forgot to input a discount code before my purchase went through! I emailed Froya and almost immediately got a reply that the discount had been refunded to me. If their products are as good as their service, they’ve got a customer for life!

I tried Froya and still in my early days I already experienced better scalp and fewer symptoms. I can say that I'm very pleased with fast result. Looking forward to enjoying more of their products!

Contacted froya today as my order hasn't arrived, they were super helpful and quick to respond. Currently looking into.this for me

Froya has gone over and beyond to resolve this issue and to make it right. Thank you very much for looking into it, and determining the cause at UPS, and also for reimbursing the import VAT.

An urgent order of £44 was listed on the customs docs as completely different products to the value of £205. This means UPS wanted £53 in import duty fees!!!!!!
I paid for express delivery, only to not have it now, and after 4 emails today no one is coming back to me to sort it.
I'm NOT impressed with the poor service on so many levels.

PS Eventually had contact from them later afternoon, and they have agreed to cover Tax duty

They were very helpful and responsive when I had an issue with the product helping me troubleshoot and eventually replaced the product. Thank you Froya!

My order sustained some small damage in transit. I notified Froya and sent pictures. The support team responded immediately and was very helpful. They provided a 15% discount which I found to be more than reasonable. I’m very satisfied with the response and service I received.

I’ve been using these products for a month now, and I’m absolutely amazed! My skin feels so much softer, and so many people have commented on how radiant and glowing I look. I’m extremely satisfied — truly fantastic products!

I haven’t had long to use the hair care system, but so far I really like it. I love that the ingredients are organic, and that my hair feels nourished and looks fuller.

Within 2 weeks the 2 "frown" wrinkles in between my eyebrows started to diminish.
