Frost chakra black tote bag

My husband purchased me the new frostchakra bag which I loved! It was £225 by sadly it started wearing really badly after a week. The ends and the bottom started pulling and fading in colour, I emailed the company and it took two weeks for a reply asking for photos which I sent. I’ve had no reply since despite me emailing the company several more times. There is no phone number, it says they removed the number this month. My bag now has a hole appeared, I’ve given the company so many chances to respond as I don’t like giving negative reviews, I prefer to go direct to the person, everyone trying to make ends meet but same goes for our hard earned money. I wanted a response and didn’t get one.
