Very experienced trainers with complementary training styles. They were consistently "reading the room" and responding/adapting to the needs of the group. The content types were varied enough to keep things moving, but the analysis and real-world examples of the trainers really brought it home.
Charlene and Ray partnered to lead our 3 day RTE (6.0) class with poise and professionalism. They quickly leaned in to the energy of the class, integrated our feedback as it came in, and pivoted learning modules to meet the needs of the class. Charlene and Ray both have practical knowledge that helped to balance class learning with real world examples.
