Delicious coffee full of flavour as expected. Super convenient and a reasonable price too.
Even better to know that some of the money goes to frontline charities.

They were unable to fulfil my order this time because of supply problems so I was given a swift refund. Always good in the past though. Not the usual "charity coffee" - high quality, great tasting blends, and amazing causes supported too.

*** I'm editing this review because the company did eventually contact me and send me my order, I am happy to accept their apology for the problems they were having and to continue as a customer with them. The product is 5-star, I initialy gave a 1 star review here because of the failure of service but this has been rectified. ***

Interesting that you're still asking for reviews when you seem to have ceased trading, having taken £48 out of my bank account on 31st May and not sent my order - me and many others it seems. Very disappointing - I have had a subscription for a long time, enjoyed your coffee and been happy to support your causes.

This company used to be excellent however since April 2022 they have continued taking a repeat payment totalling £49.50 but haven’t shipped the order. I have sent numerous emails and they haven’t responded. Am now looking at getting the bank to block them….

Ordered a few weeks ago, not yet been dispatched, emailed to follow up and no response. Keep getting these reminder emails to leave a review though! No idea where my order is.

Have been using for a while and always had great service. But recently service has disappeared completely.

I’ve been waiting ages for a subscription order to be fulfilled which never happened, then they’ve taken a payment from my account for another subscription order and not dispatched the order.

Absolutely no contact, ignoring all emails, Facebook messages and phone calls. Don’t look like I’ll see a refund or product.

Behaving like a company going out of business as to me.

I waited that long for delivery ! You eventually refunded me my order purchase !

This is some of the best coffee I’ve ever tasted and… I’m supporting my favourite charity as well, when buying it! A great idea and please keep going.

Placed an order on 25 May and neve received it. No response to emails/FB messages from company. Ordered from Frontline Coffee for years and this has never happened before...

Always has been 5 stars been getting the coffee like clockwork for over a couple of years now and everytime it has been lovely.

The coffee is delicious and the service is fantastic. Delivered to my door when I need it. What’s more, I’m supporting a charity close to my heart.
