Fantastic customer service
I was able to get in touch with them quickly using their online chat and narrow down the correct size for the jacket I was looking at. I bought the jacket and it arrived the next day (perfect fit thanks to the chat no doubt), they even included a nice hand written note with my purchase. The whole experience buying from them was fantastic, I seriously can’t recommend Frontiers Man enough.

Great shopping experience
Had the pleasure of a trip to this store yesterday after bring tipped off by my wife of where it was. Usually shop at the other end of Edinburgh but so glad I went. Loads of really great stylish clothing for a mature man who still loves his fashion and really impressed by the what to wear page showing what the clothing really looks like on you. Cannot wait to get back to refresh the summer wardrobe . Keep up the good stock guys !

I bought a coat as a gift and there was an issue with it, nothing to do with the store but with the manufacturer. The shop has been incredibly helpful and responsive. They resolved the issue quickly and kindly, I highly recommend them and their excellent customer service.
