As customer from the EU

As customer from the EU: don't buy at Frontiers. If you need to return something it's a pain in the ass. Unlike other stores they don't handle custom charges and so i had to pay these fees to DHL. In case of returning products this means there is no chance to get these payments back. This does not happen if i order directly at an original store like folk clothing i.e.
Be aware of this!!!

Excellent Customer Service

Had ordered a new Jacket to New Zealand and ended up being to small, spoke with the team at Frontiers and they were very efficient and informational about returning and getting a refund.

Absolutely brilliant customer service I…

Absolutely brilliant customer service I bought 2 items separately so incurring 2 delivery charges within an hour (on a Sunday afternoon) I received an email informing me that my charges would be refunded and the items sent together as I had spent enough for free delivery. Outstanding!!
