I purchased an open box item that would have all of the parts. When it arrived it was missing a part. I tried to exchange it but I couldn’t tell if I was getting another open box or one that was imperfect so I sent an email explaining my dilemma. To my surprise I was told they would send me another jumper free of charge and to just keep the one that I already have. Excellent customer service!!! Definitely will make more purchases in the future!

I ordered a pack n play that was in perfect condition except for the box damage. Rebel packaged it well and delivered it quickly.

Products shipped quickly, packaged well, just as expected. As grandparents ordering a crib with mattress and high chair for a visiting grandchild the price point was extremely reasonable and furniture quality and assembly was better than expected.

After I paid my invoice and received the products the website states I owe more money!? I have never had this happen with any online order before. This is crazy.

Packages arrived nearly packed with parts falling out on my patch as i lifted the box. The legs on my system are wobbly and i manually fixed them but should not have had to. You can also tell this was not just and open box with scratches and scuffs, it’s clearly been used.

I ordered the Munchkin Float foldable high chair & I love it! It was so easy to assemble. Received order promptly secured in the original box.

I purchased a 5’4” skeleton for Halloween, a 32oz Hydro Flask water bottle, and a set of (2) Haven double wall glass mugs. All items were labeled “Open Box” on the website.

- Skeleton did not arrive in its original package but was looked new and undamaged. All hinges work and you can contour the skeleton in various positions. Great buy for our 1st ever Halloween decor purchase.
- Mugs came in original packaging. Joy jolt brand. Brand new, no issues. I am happy with this purchase.
- Water bottle had a few dents and paint chips, but have no issues with the lid or straw. Minor flaws were expected with the “Open Box” label.

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. I’d definitely try buying other small items from Rebel again. Though, I most likely wouldn’t be buying furniture.

The item is actually a gift for my daughter for Christmas, so u can't review. She wanted a 6QT fryer and the fact we found this 11 QT fryer at an amazing prize is great! Purchasing was easy and shipping was on time. Fingers crossed.
