From Japan is wonderful - they have access to a wide range of markets and platforms, a well-defined process to buy and pay for items, as well as responsive, helpful Customer Service staff to offer whenever needed. Their service and shipping rates are very reasonable also. Of all the proxy shopping service I use, this is at the top of the list. Well Done and Thank You!

Good service. Never had any issue with them. They are quick to answer when you have a question or need to change the HS code of your items.

Note: I never had to send back a damaged item or something similar, so I'm not exactly sure how smooth the service would be for that. But I got a few damaged items over the last year (not the fault of FromJapan, just some risky auctions) but shipping back to japan would be more expensive than the items so it doesn't make any sense.

I’m highly satisfied with the services that From Japan offers. I have used their service many times over the years. I have purchased various items such as DVDs, manga, video games, anime, action figures, pachislo & pachinko machines and much more.

Customer service is always great & replies to emails quickly with any questions you may have. They make sure to pack your items securely, so that they arrive safely to you. I have purchased 6 pachinko machines using their service. I was worried that because these machines are very bulky and weigh a lot, that they would arrive damaged. From Japan double boxed & used plenty of packing materials for them to arrive to me safely. These machines weigh over 100lbs and the dimensions are like 36x24x20 of the packaging.

I have used many Japan proxies before, From Japan beats all the others. If you use their shipping calculator and compare it to other proxies, you’ll see that their shipping rates beat the competition. Shipping my pachinko machines was very expensive, but, they were several hundred dollars cheaper on the shipping than various other proxies.

Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this company. If you’re looking for rare items that you can’t find in the USA, or you can find, but is drastically marked up in price, then From Japan is your answer. You can get many items 50% or more cheaper by directly buying from Japan, than paying the markup for the items in USA that you may see on eBay or various other sites. Highly recommended, A++ service.

I'm actually fairly surprised at how easily my transaction went, ordered 24 manga books in total, absolutely nothing went wrong, consolidation is free which I appreciate, and despite the odd organization configuration once the package arrived to me, they packaged it pretty well, would definitely use again, but definitely a lot more next time to offset the shipping fees which I understand

These people are great. They will negotiate prices with sellers and they don’t require preset tariff charges. They’ll also consolidate boxes and actually provide real customer service and accommodate your requests. No seriously, they will do stuff Buyee would never dream of to make your experience amazing. This isn’t corporate, it’s personal.

Ordered twice but never again, beware of the expensive fees...Ordered one item which was fine, although on the expensive side postage wise but it was a large item so understandable, but then ordered a bundle of items which were smaller, and ended up paying nearly £70 in fees and postage (nearly 20 in fees!!!)
The items were on ebay and it's cost about the same as if I'd bought them on there(free postage on those items on there) and mistakenly thought it was cheaper this way. Back to ebay I go then.

I don’t leave reviews often, but I had such a positive experience with FromJapan, that I felt the need to share. Genuinely couldn’t be happier. Everything was shipped with care and was extremely quick. Their website provided clear guidance on shipping options and cost, and there were no hidden fees, etc. Even with overseas shipping, I paid FAR less for collectibles from Japan than I would have using eBay. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

From Japan have a great team as staff. I needed help in getting a good deal in Mercari from a seller who had been posting an item I wanted for weeks. I thought requesting a discount was possible. So, with all the care and patience, the staff guided me to get the best deal and, at the end, I got what I wanted at a great price! Thank you From Japan team ^_^

First time using them as my proxy service, and I have to say I had a pleasant experience with them. I consolidated 3 items and actually was worried about how they would be packaged. But I was pleasantly surprised to find my items quite secured to avoid them moving in transit.

I still have some other items to ship out, so I’m looking forward to getting those.
