Great quality leather sneakers, great quality customer care.
Really nice quality, simple and sleek leather sneakers. I have been looking at this brand for a while and finally made the purchase. They are true to size and very well made. I also had some issues receiving the delivery (totally my fault) and they kindly arranged for me to be able to collect my order in store where I was able to try them on and get some care tips. The customer service is excellent which is something that is honestly very rare here in Portugal. Highly recommend!

Nice design but very poor quality
Cool design, but sadly very poor quality. Soles fell apart after 6 months (similar to other negative reviews here). After submitting a complaint, I was told this is due to ‘excessive wear’ around the heel area. Never had it happened with any of my previous sneakers from other brands.

My second purchase online has been successful at the end. The size I thought for my foot/feet being too small, I asked JAK to accept my return and replacement. They handled all that speedily. No response to my messages was unclear, them showing willingness to assist my issues. The quality of JAK products is superb. Overall I am impressed and happy with their ethos and actual customer service.

First pair of black shoes split at the…
First pair of black shoes split at the heel after 3 wears and squeaked from day one.
Second pair of white shoes (never worn) squeak very loudly, looks like the tongue of the shoe was exposed to damp storage as it’s quite wrinkled.
Brown pair of shoes (never worn) have a gap between the sole and the leather which will definitely let water in and looks like it’ll rip/tear with wear.
