Good product if they would fix there well documented bugs
My last review was removed because froala complained. I am a paying customer and own lic copy of the product so there is no basis to remove a true remove about the company. Because instead of addressing issues they spent more time to pretend how great they are I give them only 1 star now.
Let’s start of with the fact it’s a good editor if it works. But that’s where it ends. Go and look at the GitHub issues. Their support sucks. Most people there have no idea how to fix issues, basic stuff breaks on updates and broken stuff takes forever to be fixed. On top the editor is quite pricey. So look carefully if you can live with the issues. Some have been around for 1 year plus and have neither been fixed nor a official response. Also even so they claim to be in Texas I have a feeling large part including support is not usa based.
Just as an update, instead of addressing the issues i get weekly emails from trustpilot that froala wants more info like my invoice so they can contact me to revise or take down the review. Start to wonder how unbiased trustpilot really is.
