Buttons fall off, no help from customer service

Purchased a skirt with buttons down the front, on the first wearing two of the buttons popped off. One was lost. Others appear loose as well. Frnch would not accept the return as it was over seven days since I purchased the skirt. Sad that they do not stand by their products. Now I am out almost $100 for a skirt that won’t stay closed unless I buy new buttons and sew them on myself. I will never buy from them again as customer service is not a priority.

TL;DR If it was cheaper I'd absolutely buy again but for the price? Nah.

I bought the philo pastel pants from FRNCH to feel summery and classy 💅.
This was my first time buying from them but I thought I could trust the online shopping experience as I saw a few pieces from the brand at a boutique. After wearing a few times here's my review: I'm definitely in love with how the pants fit and look after tailoring the length (I'm short), but I wouldn't justify the $90 price for the pants. I understand retail items need to be marked up to earn a living but in this case it feels like I was robbed of an item that should've been high end and that didn't come ready to wear. There is stitching that just doesn't look well made and I had to cut off a lot of extra thread to make it look more finished upon closer look. While the viscose fabric is super smooth and feels silky, the tradeoff of the material is that it's also very see through and hard to wash regularly while maintaining the delicate fabric. I'm hesitant now to buy more items from them in future as it seems like they look amazing but upon closer look there are some corners cut in the manufacturing process and quality is not quite worth the cost.

Bought a jumper at 95€, after 2 months, there was already a whole in the back, clearly do to lack of quality, not misusage. I got as an answer that the tissue was treated to give it as used look, and that it was part of the life of the product! What a great gesture to the planet to give life to products which last 2 months. And so no giving me a discount on a next purchase does not renew my confidence in the quality of your products like you should think...

Great clothes but Mondial Relais really…

Great clothes but Mondial Relais really sucks as a delivery service. Just so you know. My package was delivered to a newspaper shop De Koerant in Berchem where I had to search among over 50 packages to find mine.

Poor product quality & service is even worse!!!

Poor quality of products and even worse service! Never again!!!! I bought a pair of trousers at frnch.fr. Although it was delivered quickly, it had a clearly visible weaving defect in the fabric.
6 weeks ago I had complained about this and requested the return. Since then, I have been held up with umpteen e-mails. Firsts they want a description, then a photo and now they say without the label they do not take back the pants. This is clearly contrary to EU consumer protection law, because it is a clear material defect. I will never order anything from frnch.fr again and can only advise everyone to be really careful here to avoid unnecessary trouble and waste of money!

Money back or delivery my order

I am just looking for a little assistance. I placed an order with frnch and I have received updates on my package. The last update I got was that my package had been delivered which it has not been. I then received an email saying my money had been refunded. And again I have not received any money back.
