No customer loyalty
I have been purchasing my replacement fridge filters from Fridge Filters Australia for the past 9 years and, being a loyal customer over that time, didn't think to check the web site for better deals, that is until now! My fault entirely, I should have been more vigilant. However, I searched on the web and came up with the exact same product for $97 cheaper!!!! Yes, $97.00 That's a huge saving! I now wonder just how much over the top I have paid in the past 9 years.
Even though I called Fridge Filters Australia and explained the difference, and, out of the goodness of their hearts, they are price matching, I will not be purchasing from them again. If they cannot be loyal to their customers, then why should customers be loyal to them?
