Saw an ad on TV and wondered if this could be legit, on a whim I thought I would give them a shot and man was I surprised! My complaint has to do with cancelling…
My complaint has to do with cancelling the Friday Plans subscription then realizing that it restarted without my consent. Not only did I unexpecting find out that I had been charged for months against my will. I was told when calling them that they had been sending the product the United States Post Office box that they had on file. I closed that Post Office Box 17 months ago. I contacted the post office and was told that they return to sender when the Post Office Box is closed. The Friday Plans representative stated that she did not know how they handle that. I demanded that they cancel the account and this time I insisted that they provide me with a cancellation email.
