Sad webshop. The idea is good but you never see the product. DO NOT BUY HERE!
I ordered a lock on May 16th and 2 months after has not yet seen the shadow of it. The Danish architect Bjarke Ingels is ashamed of this service.
It should be said that they pulled money on my card 10 minutes after I made the order even though they did not even have the lock on their own stock yet.
Despite countless inquiries, I get one bad apology after another. When I search for a tracking number, they tell me that they will only get it a few days later, despite the fact that they have naturally printed a label next to the package where it is posted 7 days ago.

Just came across your comment and we are very sorry that you have had a bad experience with our web shop.
We want to apologise that you had to make multiple inquiries to our Customer Service before you got hold of your product. This is certainly not the standard treatment we want to give to our customers.
As per my understanding, it was a wrong choice of courier that caused the issue, which why we now only work with trusted couriers and partners to ensure that this never happens again.
