Ordered hoodie, got zip up. Was adult small, might actally b a child 10-12. Workmanship is very poor. Couldn't even give as a present. Really sucked. Ordered before thanksgiving, didn't receive till couple days before Christmas

Bought a camouflage hoodie total garbage total misrepresentation there was pink in the camouflage. The size was wrong. The delivery took forever stay away from this company.

I've been waiting on this shirt for a month. Do not order from this company. If you do, make sure to order several months before you need it.

Company is not even a company it’s some loser sitting behind a desk taking your money and living large. If you like giving other people money for nothing I can give you a few names who could actually use it or donate it. That is basically what you are doing is donating your money to a scamming tard who has no problem taking advantage of you in these times. Heed the warning or don’t money is your or maybe not if you don’t listen.

Ordered a shirt for a birthday present in07/22/2023. So 15 days ago. Have sent several emails to customer support and have received nothing back. Very concerned I have been ripped off.

Oh god, please don't do it. I should have known better, but I did it anyways. They took my money and didn't have the nerve to send me any kind of confirmation. Pretty please with sugar on top, advoid this SCAM of a site. Any post calming they actually got what they order is clearly a bot

This item never arrived. I checked with neighbors and post office. This company is refusing to return my money for me. I placed an order for a halloween costume that was supposed to arrive by halloween. They claim they delivered it Nov 3rd, they claimed it was in mail box, this is not the case. This company must be hard up for money as they refuse to help. This company has very poor service and do not communicate other than oh well we sent it. Disputing with bank as in my 25 years of banking this is my first dispute. Friday89 is a crap company.

Scam, Don’t send items

Horrid company. Wouldn’t cancel. Took forever to ship. Said I could return. But then tried to send me another and wanted me to pay return shipping. Just a bad experience. No Customer service. Sweatshirt is cheap and not worth it. Stay away from this company. Buy elsewhere

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!DO NOT buy from this company!!!! Horrible customer service and they give you the run around refusing to let you return for exchange or refund!! I purchased a medium Christmas t-shirt as that is what I wear in unisex. What came is at least a men's large not unisex, it fits my husband who wears a large shirt. It looks like a dress on me it's so big. It is a cheap polyester blend that is paper thin. The tag is a scrap piece of chopped up material not even a real tag. This is a $5 dollar shirt at best but I unfortunately paid $35. They demanded that I send photos of the package tracking, the tag, pictures of the shirt on and off me. They demanded that I put a tape measure on the shirt to show that they sent the right size to which I had to borrow a tape measure as I don't own one. Then they said because I didn't measure before I ordered and they sent the correct size they will not allow me to return for exchange or refund! But if I wanted to purchase another shirt they would give me 30% off. Why on earth would I spend another $35 on a very cheap quality shirt that is only worth $5 at most! HORRIBLE customer service do not buy from them unless you want to be stuck with a very cheap quality shirt that you can't use.

This company and their products are GARBAGE. SAVE YOUR MONEY BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE! The pictures look like decent quality, but their sweaters are spandex and nylon. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.

I orderd my item 9/24...its 10/07 and still nothing, I get email saying my shipment is on its way so I track it and its showing me a totally different item from a different order I made from a different company!? I dont understand this at all! I just want my sweater I paid for, for crying out loud!

It has been nearly a month since I ordered my item and 3+ weeks since I received the email that the item I ordered has been shipped. But that didn't even have a shipping number. I can't even look to see where my package might be. I hope that the item actually arrives and I do not need to go through a return process, but it does not look good so far.

Sizes aren’t accurate and way too small. Customer support was a nightmare.

When I saw I was ordering from China my expectations were lowered, but then I got the shirt. It exceeded my expectations and the material and design were amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better shirt. It was perfect for my trip to Florida.

All the items thar I have bought from this company has been wonderful.

I ordered a shirt for Father's Day the shirt came late and I believe it is incorrect. The shirt was suppose to say "like a normal Papa but cooler. What it actually says is Like a normal papa but cooled.

Friday89 CS is excellent!!! I had a custom jacket created for my trip to Disney and Universal. They were able to create exactly what I wanted. I got so many complements!
