The room itself was cozy, homey, and surprisingly spacious — it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and I had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Frias Properties again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Aspen!
Great location in the center of downtown Aspen. Walkable to pretty much everything. Unit 213 worked well for our family. Not a large space but it had everything we needed for a family of 4 adults. Roof top deck with hot tub was an added benefit and so was the daily continental breakfast and the air conditioning. Community spaces are well maintained and decorated. Unit 213 could use a slight refresh, especially the lamp shades and lighting. Some street noise but it didn’t bother us since we are from an urban area. Great communication from management. Staff on site were friendly and helpful.
- Apartment has coffee maker and a microwave but no plates, folks, knives can be found - Apartment is at second floor at the Independence Square .The walls and windows do not protect against the noise coming from the street. You can hear clearly what people talk on the street during nights, in the morning you will wake up to snow removal operation or bus traffic. - The Stuff is very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location. The rooms where updated and clean with high ceilings.
Spacious with great city views. Very close to all the action.
Stayed with my sister and it worked great for us.
Great room at a reasonable price for Aspen! Also, stellar location if attending a concert at Belly Up.
