Unit is much better than pics lead you to believe. The furniture is updated and the back brick wall is painted. Backsplash in kitchen appeared new and the beds were very nice. The carpet was a little tired, but it is a high traffic rental unit, so its to be expected. Quiet condo complex, but the packing is rather tight if you have a large vehicle. Would stay in location again.
