I love it! ❤ smells great and works well!!

I have been using Frey for about three years. We love the smell! Also that it is condensed and comes in a small container to help the environment.

Love the laundry products the scent stays with the clothes but it’s not overpowering even with the scent booster. I’ve tried most of the other products FREY offers which are great with the exception of the candles which are terrible… 3 different candles no scent and the wick burn leaves a tunnel hole with a half inch of wax around.

I used to order Frey a lot. Then covid hit and shipping times were more than tripled. I tried again almost 2 years later and it took over a month to arrive. Also, now the product causes my clothes to be incredibly staticky even using their fabric softener and their dryer sheets. I don’t know what happened but I will not be ordering any longer.

I love the smell of this detergent and aoftener.

Great products, but I've had multiple issues regarding ordering and shipping. There is no warning email that gets sent when your next auto shipment will be charged to the card on file. Even when I wanted to cancel the order, the representative pushed for a discount rather than just canceling my order. Products I've ordered have been unavailable and I was not aware until my order (eventually) arrived with multiple products of 1 scent when my order was placed for multiple scents. Logging into the site is irritating since I can't just use an email and password, but rather have to follow a convoluted path from Frey.com to my email through a link to get logged in.

Still love the products, but there are numerous persistent difficulties with the company.

The product smells AMAZING! It's wonderful to be focused on "natural" instead of chemicals. You get what you pay for. Delivery was slow during height of pandemic but hopefully better now.

I started with Frey a few years ago. I love their laundry products. I admire the companies values and will continue to wash all our stuff. Cleans well and I love their scents - not overbearing for perhaps someone with smells.

My laundry was clean, and smelled AMAZING! No overly perfumey, or baby powder smell, just fresh and clean!

I love Frey laundry soap and ordering and shipping is easy and prompt.

Okay. I've been using Frey products for over thee years now. The only times I didn't use Frey was because I would run out and used to take months to receive more. I think that issue is now resolved but now, (and I don't know, maybe it was a quality control issue) I ordered the "year supply" and the detergent and softener were different. Different in color, (tan to brown in color) and definitely didn't smell at all like it used to when my laundry finished. I'm kinda torn at what to do next. Scott

this last delivery, the softener is sooooo watery, really very very very disappointed.

These products are wonderful! They smell fabulous, can use sparingly, cleans very well.

I realize it was during the pandemic but the shipping was awful the worst Ali express was faster I live in Chicago took over 2 weeks to receive my package my emails were not answered the soap is very good but I promised myself never to order from them again .

Frey did not tell me that items within my order were out of stock. Instead they allowed the order to go through, charged my card, and then sent me an email stating that one or more items were out of stock and if I didn't get a shipping notification the following week that I NEED TO CONTACT THEM so they can send me the one item that they CURRENTLY have in stock and then who knows when I'll get the next one.

My last order with the company they sent me a different scent than what I ordered, without reaching out or asking, and gave me a discount coupon for my next order with them.

I'm done with this company, the way they conduct business is unnecessarily problematic for the customer and it's intentionally done so because it benefits them.

The quality of products is excellent. So is the customer service.
