Would love to have more flexibility with log in terms, I hadn't logged 'cause I'm doing Academic reasearch. Now in the present I can't see my own releases. So would love that to be resolved so I can keep using your work. XO

Hello everyone, I want to tell you about my work with Freshtunes. I've been working with them since 2022, and honestly, they're great. I had just started releasing music, and their service helped me a lot. I've heard many times that they're bad and terrible, but I've never encountered that myself. They answered all my questions right away, there were no delays in payments, and everything was always top-notch. After almost four years of working with them, I can say with confidence that this is the most convenient service out of all the free ones out there. Support sometimes takes a long time to respond, but we're all human. Once again, I want to say thank you to FRESHTUNES for their help and for bringing my music to light.

they keep rejecting my song for the reason: composer's name has error.

I have been working with Freshtunes since 2018, starting with the free plan, and now we are using the VIP service.

Personally, I have never had any issues with uploads or payouts. Whenever I needed to upload a track urgently, it appeared on platforms within just a few hours. The team works very quickly and provides detailed reports.

The only thing I’m missing is a built-in royalty calculation feature — the so-called “split” — so that I can automatically divide percentages between authors and generate reports without spending extra time in Excel.

Everything else is 10/10.

Great customer service

I really liked the opportunity to quickly and efficiently make releases. Very responsible approach to moderation and technical support.

I’ve been working with Freshtunes for nearly a year, and overall, I’m satisfied with the partnership. Pros:
- High team involvement in releases (editing, publishing, release updates).
- Advance payment options are great—just don’t waste them on useless things.
- Fast moderation, honestly the fastest I’ve seen.
- Genuine interest in collaboration and the artist—new releases are promoted on Freshtunes’ official resources, etc.
- Special thanks to label manager Angelina—always available and ready to help.

Issues with music platform collaboration:
- I’d love stronger support from platforms (editorial playlists on any platforms, and any additional support); that would make you unbeatable.

The new website has improved in visuals and functionality, but it’s why I’m lowering my rating. Issues:
- Song lyrics aren’t delivered to platforms, and text synchronization is missing.
- Inability to edit authors, artists, label, genre, title, or other details in a released track.
- No statistics for Yandex.Music or MTS Music, and VK and OK data aren’t separated.
- Inconvenient interface: original and actual release dates are on different pages, causing confusion.
- Can’t edit artist/author cards in the “Persons” section or add platform links. The card concept is good, but the execution is lacking.
- On the Russian site version (domain .ru), irrelevant vocal languages like “Cantonese” or “Chechen” are prioritized, while "Russian", "English", and "Spanish" are at the bottom.

I understand it’s a beta version, and I’m hopeful for improvements, but patience is sometimes tested.

The Solo thing that it is free as well has a paid service for more advance features makes it Great. The company is truly doing a magnificent job in providing the independent artist a platform that not only distributes their music but also retain the Rights to Artist Himself.

Uh good free uhh music distribution

I did research before choosing FreshTunes, compared it with other distributors and it seems to be a good one for DIY artists, simple to use, affordable.
I've been using it for 3 months, no complaints. The only drawback I can mention is rather slow replies from the support team. I understand they must deal with loads of tickets, but still it would be nicer to get answers within 2 days, not 4 or more.

Upd: I'm giving it 3 now, because it took a week for FreshTunes to tell me they can't accept the mechanical license I bought from the publisher of the piece I covered. No explanation. So disappointed.

I think this is far the best and most free music distributor I've ever use! In FreshTunes, I've published my tracks to all the music platforms for free! Everything is pretty good, except that the moderation time of each tracks is long.
