We’re sorry to hear that your experience with our service was frustrating. However, after carefully reviewing your account, we’d like to clarify the situation.

Your uploads contained AI-generated recordings, which are not permitted under our Terms & Conditions. While we do allow the use of AI as a tool or as part of a broader creative concept, we do not accept mass AI-generated content uploaded in this manner. This kind of AI spam poses risks to distribution partners and negatively impacts other artists on the platform. Our goal is to maintain a fair, sustainable, and trustworthy environment for all FreshTunes users.

Additionally, multiple issues were identified, including uploading numerous AI releases under the same artist name, as well as mismatches between the metadata and the artwork information. These violations together prevented the releases from being accepted.

We understand that content rules can be complex, but they exist to protect the entire community. We encourage all users to review our Terms & Conditions before uploading.

Thanks for your review! We’re not entirely sure what you meant regarding Content ID, but if you’re having trouble finding it, no worries. YouTube Content ID is indeed available in the list of distribution platforms.

To deliver your release there, please follow these steps:
- Open the My Music tab and click Edit next to the release you want.
- Go to the Delivery Options tab.
- In Distribution Platforms, select YouTube Content ID.
- Send for review.
- Profit!

Long Live Freshtunes

The positive things from Freshtunes I experienced in 2025 was 1) distribution to youtube music started recently; 2) fast answers to support which was not typical in the previous years.
What would I propose to improve is: 1) the faster moderation process; 2) moderating staff to act according to the published recommendation of the freshtunes helpcenter to avoid the contradictions between help center and moderators actions; 3) to launch the track pitching service via freshtunes; 4) to wider the genre selections.

5 years of work together

My main nickname 'Sizor'. My very first song was released with FreshTunes in 2020. Almost 5 years ago. Until now we're doing great. Personal support. Pitching. Payment. Everythings fine. What else could I ask for?
There is some troubles with YouTube music. I hope it will be resolved someday.

Helped me get unblocked from support

After contacting FreshTunes support regarding my account getting blocked from support, they figured out that they weren't the ones blocking me, but instead the provider providing the support feature to FreshTunes. After talking to their support, they managed to unblock me, and they did it pretty fast. Back then, their response time was slow like it took multiple weeks just to get a reply, but they did in less than 3 days. I wouldn't say that this is the worst, as I had worse experiences with other distributors in the past, but there has also been better. This is one of the better ones (in my opinion).
