Hello, we are sorry that you feel this way. We contacted you multiple times asking for evidence of the alleged damage and you failed to provide any photographs showing any form of damage to the product.
We happily accept returns, however as this item was claimed to be faulty and we required evidence in order to further investigate this claim which you failed to provide. As a result we unfortunately were not able to accept a return on this item despite us trying our best to resolve this issue with you.
