Poor customer service and bad products. I purchased seven sachets and they have hardly any scent. The dates on the back of some of them are from two years ago. Another one is from a year ago. A couple of them are from the beginning of this year. They are clearly outdated and stale. Customer service is saying I have to ship them back at my own expense!! This is clearly not an issue on my end...Horrible company.
