Terrible customer service experience

Terrible customer service experience. They sent me a defective item and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. Instead, they assumed I was the one who damaged the item and that they weren't to blame. Essentially, they're not taking responsibility for their own actions, but instead passing it on to the customer. Absolutely avoid them.

Greetings to whoever is reading this review, I am a guy who loves his scooter and is always looking for new parts for it... this is definitely the best and most accurate parts site... I have been looking for parts sites for a long time but when I came across the freshparts site, I will definitely only buy from them... and I am from Croatia, when I order parts, they arrive within a week! Congratulations! You have my respect!

I have ordered in the past a full plastic set and the quality was amazing and everything fitted perfectly and now I also bought a LED front light! Prices are also very good for the quality u get, totally worth it keep it up gentlemen!!!
