Amazing! Just get it

You weren't joking when you said The Game will change conversations. We played it during our weekly halaqa and we indeed took our conversations to the next level. I feel like we've gotten so much closer and I just wanted to say May Allah grant you and your team comfort as you have given has comfort via The game. Now it's like our thing at the masjid which makes me so happy. Also, don't get me started on the podcast, we love you as a host and we can see how you take criticism and improve as you go. Allahuma barik. Ps I have never written a review for anything but The game is special and I just had to. Lol

I’ve been listening to the Freshly Grounded podcast for about two and a half years now and there’s honestly NOTHING bad I can say about it!!

If you’re looking for an all in one podcast where you can learn and appreciate the beauty of Islam, whilst getting advice on topics such as business, mental health and general well-being then this is definitely the podcast for you!

You can clearly tell that Faisal and the team put in soo much work and effort into what they do. From the beginning, they have been consistent with the episodes and they are constantly trying to better their content and provide the best service possible to their viewers.

They also recently released ‘The Game’ which you should DEFINITELY purchase. It is a card game that helps you have more meaningful conversations with your loved ones and me and my family have really been enjoying it so far. (And you should also become a Patreon so that you can help keep the awesome content coming!)

I pray that Allah rewards them for all of their efforts and continues to bless them always!!

The hype is real!! Trust me when I say this, you WILL bond with and know more about the person/people you play with. I received my pack yesterday, I was going to leave it till the weekend to play with my family however I could not contain my excitement and ended up playing yesterday and it was amazing!! The questions are was so simple yet so impactful. This is a game you can play with anyone no matter how old or young they are! Planning to play again during the weekend with me Ma. If you think you know your friend/family, play this game, you will definitely discover new things about them! Definitely recommend!! "The Game" is brilliant! I've been playing with 2 friends when we have time. Sometimes my colleague/friend and I play it after finishing our work tasks, and just do 1 or 2 cards even!

The questions are so thought provoking and help us connect even more than before with the other person but also ourselves. There were some questions I'd not stopped to think about before and some things I was learning about myself through my answers which was great!

I also love that the cards are something where you can pick up where you left off and conversations increase in meaningfullness through them.

After seeing the ad I was really excited to try the game with both friends and family. I played it with my family as soon it came, picking out “easier” cards to ease them in. By the end of the 3 hours of chatting, my dad thanked me because “we haven’t had an open conversation like this in 30 years”. I’ve played a couple of times with just my siblings and can honestly say it’s helped to bring us much closer. The Game cleverly makes you feel like you aren’t actually being vulnerable with others, because you’re “just playing”. But it still has the same effect as if you were being vulnerable, and let’s everyone in the room learn more about eachother and themselves. The subtle twists of Islamic principles are also very refreshing, I’d recommend this to anyone.

I cannot recommend this enough. I’ve followed Faisal and Omar on Instagram for years and all of their projects are so well-thought out and executed so well! This game intrigued me so much and it gives you a chance to talk about things that are normally the “elephant” in the room. I cannot recommend this game enough and I can see myself using it for years to come. It’s a staple.

Love the game and I purchased it as I’ve been listening to the podcast since it first launched. I shared the game with my friends who recently got married and they loved how they were able to indulge in healthy and vulnerable conversations.
