The shipping was fast (consider that I live in Los Angeles, California). The quality of the clothing was amazing, soft and cosy. Plus I love the Sturniolo Triplets.

Placed an order in April 2023. I have yet to receive it as of today 11/27/2024, despite numerous efforts to have someone respond to my emails regarding status.

Placed an order in August. Still have not received any order updates (its now January) and all contact attempts go unanswered

I got scammed buying from their website, after two months i contacted them through email, and I have now another two months later, no received any feedback or product.

Honestly this is a scam I ordered the white sweatpants in a size small in June but I haven’t received them!!! It is now almost December!!! I’ve emailed multiple times and have not gotten any response or refund😡 I know you might love Chris Sturniolo but seriously DONT buy Fresh Love Clothing!!! You won’t get what you ordered and you definitely won’t get a refund or a response to the emails you’ve sent the store!!! I’m absolutely disgusted by this🤬

They don't send the products and they don't answer to emails

On 8/19/23 my daughter was just waiting for their clothing items to be back in stock. She ordered $100 and I ordered $130 worth of clothes for her. Their clothing is expensive to begin with, on top of that you have to wait months to get your items and to add insult to injury they are negligent in replying to your emails. The only way to reach them is via email. They take your money and don’t deliver on their promise!!! They don’t care about their consumers and obviously not afraid of losing their customers, their reputation or legal consequences they may face for false advertising! Don’t get scammed, don’t bother with these boys! they want to take your money and think they can scam their way through life. It’s been now over a month and the order is still showing as “placed” and ZERO replies to my emails asking for an update. My daughter is only 13 and was so excited to order with her own money, she accidentally was a digit off in our address. They have not replied to our emails about correcting the address on her order either.
I will be filing a dispute/complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, and Department of Consumer Affairs, to report them. They take your money and fail to mail your clothes in a timely manner as per their website.
I always research reviews in the business before I order and I dropped the ball on this one. There’s a lot of TikTok videos of kids being disappointed with the delay in their orders taking you in five months to arrive. Ridiculous!!!
If they can’t answer the emails from their clients, then they don’t deserve to have a clothing line!

My daughter purchased an item back in June23 which has still not arrived. Despite many emails the company won’t respond.
It’s a lot of money and when you pay extra for fast delivery it’s more of a joke.
Item has never left their warehouse. It’s now September. Had to raise a dispute at the bank in hopes of getting money back after absolutely no contact from this supplier.
I’d avoid at all costs.
