Ordered three hoodies on 28th November 2024. After forgetting about them for a couple of months, I suddenly realised they hadn't arrived. After liaising with their customer support team for several months, I am now being ignored with no response to my emails requesting a refund. They were happy to respond when they were offering 'store credit' or a discount on further purchases, but stopped replying when I stood firm on wanting a refund. Absolute joke.

They take orders, take the money, but you don't receive shit. And never reply to contact enquiries.

Order from freshhoods in November 2024 and still not received my order so nearly a year now. Sent multiple emails and now just get ignored. No refund nothing. It's now October 2025. Do not order from here.

This is a scam. Ordered November 24, it's not October 25. Constantly fobbed off by 'customer service' with refund refused. I would be pretty certain any positive reviews here are not authentic

Same as a few people on here, have ordered previously a few years ago, clothes all arrived within a couple of weeks and are great, but they must have gone out of business and instead of telling people they're just keeping the website up and running and stealing people's money. My order is several months old and they've stopped replying to emails and the order still says processing on the website. Avoid at all costs.

Normally I had no issues but I made an order back in July and still havent recieved my order. I have reached out to them 4 different times and I have not recieved any kind of response outside of we have recieved your complaint.

I didnt even want to give a single star but I wouldnt have been able to write this dam review. I paid for an item last November 2024, still have not received anything but excuses. Not farkin happy at all.

After order my hoddie dec 2024 and countless emails sent there reply’s where copy and paste because I have duplicate copies of there reply’s that are word for word!
I’ve still not received my hoddie and I never will!!!!!!
I think they have now since folded as a company because there last instergram post was Aug……..unless they have banned me!

I placed an order December 2024 and never received the product. Instead I got excuses, promises, and requests for patience. Contacts came from Zendesk Startech, not from Fresh Hoods. When I asked for refund, I got put off. "Behind in shipping." I am kissing my money goodbye.

I ordered from them several times without issue. Most recent order was Dec 24 it is now Oct 25 and im still awaiting a refund. I was promised 3 times that I would be refunded but it still has not arrived.

Scammers. American systrm should shut down them.

I ordered from them before, and received my package. However, I ordered last May 2025, but this time I did not get my package. I kept writing tickets about where my order is, but the website is telling me that my order has been unfulfilled. Someone needs to investigate this online place.

Still waiting for an order from December 2024. I was recommended this company.. I am shocked that I still hasn’t received my order and that emails are ignored.

These people suck and are total scammers. Never buy from them.

I ordered a black bandanna December 20 2024 9 months later still haven’t arrived something needs to be done about this website because people work too hard to be shopping on a site and losing money that’s not even real

I placed my order in December 2024. It has been NINE MONTHS and they still haven't sent my order, and they keep saying it is coming!

Also, they are still selling the hoodie I ordered, in my size, on their website! Which means this is a total scam!

I placed my order on January 10, 2025. It is now 9 months later on 9/26/25 and I have not received my order.

I emailed support several times and have stopped receiving any communication back. The Contact Us form has exceeded its quota and can no longer accept more complaints.

I think Fresh Hoods used to actually send the items, but have now stopped producing items and responding to queries. Do not send them your money. I heard the order would take longer than quoted, so I gave them extra time to fulfill the order. Now it is long past the time frame to dispute with my credit card and I'm out $80 with no hoodies.

Have ordered from this site before and had no problems. This time however my order has been in for 1 month I enquired about an update 5 business days ago and agin yesterday. and am yet to receive a reply. Safe to assume my order is not comming.

Don't fall for it!!
If it was possible to give less than one star, I would have. Placed an order in March. Still haven't recieved it, 6 months later.
They answered emails occationally, claiming everything was alright and just "slightly delayed". But of course, that stopped as soon as the 180 days for a Paypal reclaim had passed!
They are a straight up scam.
