Contar con comidas veganas listas para comer es una solución excelente para nosotros. Realmente quería que esta empresa me gustara. La primera semana todo transcurrió sin problemas, y durante la segunda hubo un pequeño error con los días de entrega, que se resolvió sin inconvenientes. En ese momento, el servicio al cliente fue atento y servicial. Las comidas que pude probar estaban muy sabrosas y los postres me gustaron especialmente.
Sin embargo, durante la tercera semana, el pedido no llegó según lo previsto y, de repente, el servicio al cliente dejó de responder. Creo que esta empresa necesita realizar mejoras significativas en su logística. Solo puedo imaginar cuántas comidas han llegado tarde y cuánta comida se ha desperdiciado. Todavía estoy intentando que me reembolsen las comidas que tuve que desechar. I live in Mallorca and had seen Freshgreens advertised on Instagram. Since they don’t ship to the Balearics, I decided to try them while I was on the mainland for a month for work. My husband and I run a small business, and during our busy periods, I have no time to cook. Having ready-made vegan meals is an excellent solution for us. I genuinely wanted to like this company. The first week went smoothly, and during the second week there was a mix-up with the delivery days, which was resolved without any issues. Customer service was helpful at that point. The meals I did get to try were tasty, and I especially enjoyed the desserts.
However, during the third week, the shipment didn’t arrive as scheduled, and suddenly customer service became unresponsive. I believe this company needs to make significant improvements in logistics. I can only imagine how many meals have been delivered late and how much food has been wasted. I am still trying to get reimbursed for the meals I had to discard. As a fellow business owner, I try to be understanding—I know that mistakes happen—but this is exactly when customer service needs to be most responsive. I would have been willing to give them another chance if they had simply responded. It’s truly unfortunate.

Imagine they notify you that your shipment will arrive two days late, ask whether you still want it, you say no… and then they ship it anyway and charge you for it.
Imagine they promise to compensate you with a free dessert for the delay… and not only do they fail to include it, they completely forget your order and refuse to take responsibility.
Food with bugs and stones. Not only did they not deliver all the meals they were supposed to (4 instead of 6, which I paid for) my rice came with a dead worm on it and little stones. Absolutely no response from their support email, WhatsApp or Instagram. Also beware that what you see in the pictures is NOT what you will get.
Good food, quick and easy delivery, ordering on the website is easy and a great varity in meals per week.
Bonus points is that the meals arrive cold at your doorstep but are not frozen so more healthy :). I’m a fan.
The food was good, and I genuinely enjoyed it. However, I had to cancel my subscription three times due to a technical error that prevented me from selecting my meals. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, they were unhelpful. I even mentioned that I’d be open to reactivating my subscription if they fixed the issue, but they never resolved it.
Now, when I decided to cancel my subscription for good, the option simply disappeared, forcing me to block my credit card because they kept charging me—even double-charging me twice.
It’s such a shame because this service had potential. If they improved their customer service by at least 40% and resolved their technical issues, it could be a great option. But I don’t have the time or energy to deal with unnecessary stress over food and system failures they should be fixing.
No customer service, i just wait to know when does my order will be delivered, no information and no answer. Really disappointed. Have no idea about the food cause i still waiting. I made the order on 5Feb today is 12Feb.

The food never arrived even though I arranged my schedule several days in advance to make sure I would be home and hear the bell when it was delivered. I have no information from the delivery company, and no contact at Fresh Greens to deal with this problem. I have wasted money for nothing and there is no customer service, for me this is what is called a scam, especially if you read other similar comments. Let's not talk about the difficulties I've had unsubscribing from the automatic subscription, the site doesn't work well, I imagine to push users to skip the date and pay an extra week. Never again!
I have been a subscriber to fresh greens for 3 months now. Unfortunately today I had decided to cancel my subscription indefinitely. The food is delicious, the menus are clever, and the variety is good, but now one too many times the delivery arrived at my door compromised. Damaged boxes, broken seals, and the worst - bloated packaging, alongside an unsettling sour taste that indicates that the food is perhaps not as fresh as the name suggests. The cooking department does a great job, but I think the logistics department needs to improve. They make use of third party couriers, and that is perhaps the problem

After having issues for the first delivery and issues contacting them, I managed to get an answer from support, and they did a refund plus a free delivery for the next week, which is great. Kudos to the support team.
I don't rate with 5 starts because of the food.
- Rations size are small. For me is OK, because I don't want to over eat while I'm working, but this can be a problem for some people.
- Macro nutrients are not compensated. Some plates have too much carbs, and these carbs are not "whole grain", (white rice instead o brown rice, etc).
- The delivery company is different from town to town, in my area SEUR is the one doing the delivery, and I can't trust this company, on the second delivery they sent me an email saying the failed to deliver the food, but that was not true, I received it a few hours later.
- Despite rations are small, and they are plant based, the price per plate is similar to other companies.
- Because everything is mixed in the same packaging, plate presentation is not good , I don't mind this, but this can be a problem for other users.

This is the second week of meals and they are absolutely delicious. I have not chosen one yet that i have not liked the taste of. For me they are quite satisfying and i feel i have had enough . The portions are around 375 to 400 g. They come in a non plastic container and a cardboard box. The transport company keep them cold. There was a small delivery error this week with the address but both VGC and the transport company resolved it quickly and were apologetic and i received my order. I will be continuing to order my food and love the wide variety and choices that can be made each week. Fantastic.

It's okay, but I see it more as a tool you can use if you need inspiration on how to transition to a plant based diet.
(Like, "huh? You can make well tasting pesto without cheese? Interesting.")
They are also great if you a small person. But me, as a plant based athlete, find the portions way too small.
And last but not least, they do incorporate meat and cheese look alikes.. which I think is a grave mistake on so many levels. (If you want people to transition to plants, let them buy in on minimally processed plant products! Please!!! No huera, "mozzarella" and so on.)
