Difficulty with delivery but they came through
My initial order was returned by the carrier because it arrived damaged. That much was beyond their control. When I contacted them to let them know of the issue, they responded promptly with a replacement. Great!
Before being delivered, the second shipment was also returned by the carrier because it was empty. I contacted them twice because my first email had received no reply after several days. After several more days of waiting, I received a reply saying they'd had some technical issues and dispatched a new order.
The order arrived, and only after I'd opened the bottle, did I realize they'd sent the wrong product. I emailed them to let them know. I didn't expect anything. I just hoped they might review their processes to ensure they're shipping the right product. They replied with an apology and shipped the correct product.
This was a bit of a gong show, but I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service in the end.
