On May 19th 2026, I ordered what was pictured as a full sized quart bottle decorative hand painted tequila bottle. The order was just for the bottle to be filled at the buyer's discretion. The order originated in Ireland only to find it's way to China. What was delivered was received by me in NY on June 20th. Strike 1 if you are keeping score. What arrived was a flimsy painted "bottle" which was the size of my fist. Probably close to the size of a woman's perfume bottle. Strike 2..Upon receipt, I wrote what turned into a series of back and forth emails with the vendor's "Customer Service" which included apologies, their own self promoting support of their products , and offers of $4 and 6$ and to keep the item product. I respectfully had asked for a full refund and their paid return shipping of the product. Seemed only fair regarding a product that was falsely advertised. I would post a picture of the bottle if this site had provisions for it. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!

Product as stated communication needs to improved

What a scam. sent from Hungary to NY. I had it shipped to a UPS location in California. They deliberately said it to a different location. No support information, unable to get a hold of anybody. Do not I do not do business with this company.

I ordered these cards a month ago and I still haven't gotten them yet so all I have to base my review on is the shipping which is incredibly slow and disappointing.

If you are looking for a compliment... here it is. You have a professional efficient service that practices what it preaches. On the receiving end, we get the stuff we select as described and in reasonable time.

The advertisement that drew me in was misleading and believed the units were motorized. The seed chamber is short and the plastic is flimsy.
Overall, the value fell short.

It was scratched and bad quality… I couldn’t be bothered to return it (wasn’t sure how to), so just threw it away.

I would actually give them NO stars except that they do continually answer emails with enough fake information to continue leading you on. Keep your money in your pocket, they are a scam.

Customer service

Here is a photo of a bird feeder that arrived on my doorstep beginning of February. There was no return address or anything identifying where it came from. It is little thing only 8 inches long with no apparatus that can get rid of a squirrel.

It doesn’t resemble what you advertised on your site. It should be a lot larger than what I got and have a feature where a squirrel can be flung off..

Take look at the size of the pen next to the feeder in the photo and you will see how small this feeder is. Please send me the one you advertised.

Didn’t get a reply. Bunch of crooks switching advertised product for crap. Too bad I couldn’t put the photo on this site. Feeder was only 8 inches long and not at all like what was advertised.

This company is a disgrace, do not buy anything from them, they send poor quality goods then refuse delivery on return rendering my claim for refund fruitless. A disgraceful company to deal with .. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a key ring, then ordered 2 more (same day) due to arrive 12/06/25. Received first order 12/11, but not the second as of 12/27.

Would not provide an estimated delivery date or tracking number for my order - I’m tired of waiting months for stuff that originates in China or some other overseas warehouse

I’m not going to just cross my fingers and hoping it shows up sometime this year
