Full scam! It is nornal for a HYIP (of course their "mining" is fake) but good HYIP can survive a lot of months. This not. Don't believe in UK companies certificates. Can be formed for 14 pounds + cost of virtual office and after 1 year, closed. It is normal unfortunately. last suggestion: there is no any real cloud mining! All are fake. Do you want to mine?
