wrong information provided, can't even get a refund

one of their agents gave wrong information which caused me spending unnecessary money to purchase an additional licence. After I found out it wasn't necessary, I asked for a refund but they never took my query seriously. The CSM emailed the wrong person, and the support agents didn't help me solve my issue. I had to keep chasing them up. 2 weeks later I still have my refund (as they said it has to be done by the CSM who never contacted me). Very poor service.

Worst chat app!

It has been the worst experience ever.
Don't waste your money on that tool.
We lost many customers because the push notification doesn't work and the support won't help you.

Don’t waste your time and money

dont waste your time with their service, especially the mobile app, it will never work for you
and also their support team will not help you with that.
wasted one hour to get the app to work on my phone but didn’t.
imagine wasting one whole hour just to login and you got your credentials right, just imagine have the urge to reach their support team because you can’t login with your current credentials.
plus you paid them to provide that service, just imagine, don’t do my mistake to live my disaster, imagine it and leave to another real chat app.

Never again

Where to start even? I know in the end it is just our fault for waiting 4 months long to quit service with freshchat, but we always wanted to stay positive that they will manage to get things right. After waiting for 4 months to help us out with their service, we got an opportunity to speak with their agent, and guess what, they charged us double the amount we pay each month in the next invoice for getting support to even use properly their own service, and the call was like 15minutes. I am shocked.

Chat is so slow, it's barely usable!

From a user perspective i have to say freshchat experince is very poor due to poor performance. I'm working on an Intel i3 laptop (thinkpad x270), which allows me to do literally everything for my office work, and ALL websites are working. The only thing that is barely usable is the freshchat support window on my supplier's website. It slows down everything so much the whole thing (including the rest of the website) is barely usable. I can't understand some companies are even paying money for such bad software quality. Incredible!

This company is like a Frankenstein

This company is like a Frankenstein, they had several service freshchat, freshdesk, etc but the relation between them has many fails and issues. And the support is very poor, don't answer or is very slow with simple issues. Look very well before choose this company.

Very poor CS

Very poor CS. You can wait up to 2 hours in their chat before someone answers you. I've tried to fix an integration on Freshchat for over 3 months and they still never get backs to you. Don't buy services from this company...

AWFUL customer service

I've contacted customer service almost 1 month ago and asked to fix the "reconnecting" issue in Freshchat. They promised that this information will be provided to the dev. team and should be fixed soon.

I've been waiting WEEKS for the resolution. No one even messaged me or asked to wait some additional time. And why should I send reminders to the customer service???

The customer service is AWFUL and stupid.

If you need some help or assistance, please be ready to wait one year for the correct answer nor resolution.
And one more thing. Never contact them via phone. First: no way to get a live agent. All the time they are busy.
Second: If you will be so lucky to get a live agent, it will be not possible to understand their "Indian English".
Highly disappointed and frustrated.

i paid for subscriptions and they deactivated our account suddenly, and never reply email / support ticket for almost 10 days ( and kept saying they will feedback the earliest)

Watch out for this company - Total SCAM

Watch out for this company
I wanted to cancel my subscription with this company.
But the login on the site is not working so can't do this. Customer support finally got it to work but then I could not access the "billig settings" to cancel the account. The customer service won't help me cancel the subscription even tough I can't do it from my page. So now I have to try to cancel this through my bank somehow.

BTW they told me the service was in Swedish. That's why I upgraded in the first place. When I had upgraded the account their service was not working in Swedish.

So WATCH OUT for this company that is a total SCAM.
