Disappointing Experience – Overpriced for the Quality

As someone who genuinely appreciates fine wines and premium champagnes, I was excited to try French Bloom as a sophisticated alcohol-free alternative.

Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. Despite the luxurious branding, premium positioning, and high price, the taste reminded me more of apple juice mixed with sparkling mineral water than a refined sparkling wine.

I fully understand that this is an alcohol-free product, but at this price point, I expected significantly more complexity, elegance, and character.

In my opinion, the actual drinking experience simply does not justify the price or the luxury image presented through the marketing.

A beautiful marketing concept, but a very disappointing product for the money.

I ordered 8 bottles and after trying one, decided the product was not the quality I expected. I contacted the company the very next day after delivery (25 of August) to exercise my right of withdrawal and return the remaining 6 unopened bottles. They confirmed that we can proceed with the refund and asked to provide photos of the parcels which I did. They then told me they were contacting their warehouse to arrange collection and that the bottles would be refunded once collected. Since then I have had to chase repeatedly. I was asked again for photos, so I resent them. Despite all of this, no collection has been arranged and I am still waiting for my refund. I understand the delays in business but repeated cycle of "we are checking with our warehouse", requests for information already provided and no actual resolution are time consuming and I feel like a game of trying to make me tired and forget about it. Therefore today I did proceed with a formal notice and informing my card issuer. For a premium priced product, I expected much better product and considerably better customer service experience.

My wife saw this product advertised on Instagram, we are always keen to have a good non alcoholic alternative in the house so I bought three blanc and three rose to try. Sadly we were disappointed, this is an expensive product, equivalently priced to champagne, but lacking any real character at all, we found it bland and disappointing compared to something like Copenhagen Sparkling Tea.
