I have been on touch with customer services twice and both times their response is quick and helpful. It seems nothing is too much trouble. I rarity these days. I will continue to buy the bone broth because it's delicious but also the company are brilliant to deal with.

Ordered a mix of broths a few weeks ago and hadn’t used yet. I got really Ill with Covid and these are all I can eat just now. They are a life saver. They are keeping me going in what I hope won’t be much longer!! But so glad I had them in the cupboard. Beef especially makes me feel I am getting some goodness in me when I am unable to eat. So thank you!! Really needed a review!

Thank you for getting in touch. After listening to many of our customers who are looking for 100% pure nutrition, we recently changed the recipe of the Beef Bone Broth Nutrition Powder to remove the sunflower lecithin, which acted as an emulsifier.
The new consistency you have described when the powder is simply placed in water is caused by the high level of collagen in the powder.
We would recommend treating our new beef powder as you would treat cornstarch, mixing it into a paste with a small amount of water before adding it to whatever you're making.

FrejaFoods Bone Broth was a no brainer for me to order on subscription. This broth is so rich in flavor, with top quality ingredients and health benefits such as promoting gut health and providing most of our essential nutrients . It's also a very easy to use and convenient product with it's versatility I can use it in various recipes and also drink it hot replacing coffee in the afternoon. Good product, not so good service
I've made two orders and the product is good but I've also sent two emails about my orders payment. Both have been ignored and I've now decided to seek an alternative broth. Such a shame, a growing business can't keep its feet on the ground.
