I've been involved in this project for 12 years, this month, and when I first listened to Paddy pitch his idea for a file sharing business with add ons in which the data that it's members produce and which Frega makes money from, would be shared back with the members, struck me as a good idea. He pointed out that the big internet based tech companies make a lot of money from our data but we get nothing from that. He also said that "we are the new ethically correct, morally and spiritually correct way of doing business on the internet." That statement really struck a chord with me.
The business model has grown and morphed over the years but the core ethos has not changed and that is something that I feel very proud about.
The Growth Points rewards program is a ground breaker entry level for customers and merchants who are also rewarded with matching Growth Points and in the process get a CRM of who their customers are. The cost of the reward for the merchant is eventually retrieved by the growth in value of the reward and a monthly cash payment of 0.01% of the total value of all their rewards. The same is applied to the customer. The efficacy of this plan is underpinned with actuarial mathematics, similar to what insurance companies use to ensure they can always pay out. Frega has proprietary algorithms that calculate this, thus guaranteeing that the underpin fund always exceeds the growth in membership.
From the CRM that the merchant has in their dashboard and with spatial mapping, the merchant can direct an Airdrop flash offer into the phones of customers in their area - specific targeted advertising. There is no cost to doing this until the customer responds with a purchase and then they are rewarded with Growth Points.
Over the years I have had many dealings with Paddy and have got to know him well. He, like all of us, has his character defects, which at times can be frustrating but I have found that he always comes through, even though there may have to have been some geeing along from me.
I'm proud to be involved in this project and am quite certain that we are going to very successful.

I have been a member of Frega for over 12 years. Those years have been spent waiting for the promise the platform showed to be realised, but though it has been returning small amounts which I reinvested in Frega, the wait has been very frustrating at times. However, I have built up a substantial portfolio of assets over those years and am about to see my patience and investments rewarded. Those reinvestments have put me in a far better position than I would have been in at the start, so the delay has really benefitted me.
Paddy and the team have spent untold hours, weeks and years developing what we are about to experience, and which was envisioned at the very beginning, a platform that pays the member simply because they are a co-owners of the platform and are rewarded for their use of the applications. I believe if one is giving a review it only really means something if it is from the heart and honest. In the case of Frega I met and started working with Paddy 8 years ago when I saw what an amazing program was being built, shortly after I introduced a great friend Jonathan who I have known 25 years. I have never felt more confident about anything or seen anything with more potential than Frega, and knowing the main two people driving it forward and their expertise and determination I have absolutely no doubt that a few months from now all Frega stakeholders will find Frega amazing and lifechanging.
With such a complex upscale it has taken longer than anticipated to get to this point, but the time has been very well spent with major additions such as the licensees who will now be promoting to merchants globally. It must be remembered that Frega is already successful in 182 countries serving thousands of members and have had 17 R+D credits for their innovation. Every week Paddy and Jonathan give a zoom update so everyone is kept up to date and aware of the progress, unlike so many other programs this is totally transparent.
There is nothing anywhere that I have seen or know about that could compare with the potential offered by Frega. If one looks closely at all the proof of new development coming on top of the existing success, logically there is no doubt Frega is about to become a world beater, and I and many others thank them for such an opportunity !

As a longtime member of Frega and an Accredited Frega consultant I attend weekly Zoom calls where I am updated with the latest information on our progress that also includes a lot of visuals regarding upcoming interactive screens for members to use. I have no doubt that Paddy Delaney is ahead of his time with a lot of his ideas and has the best interests of the members as his goal. I find the accessibility of Paddy and other members such as Jonathan in the UK Carol in the USA and Anita in NZ to be exceptional. I was introduced to Frega by my sister in 2019 , how she found out about this I do not know.But it was the best decision I have ever made, She introduced me to FREGA growth point rewards for my customers, as soon I saw the idea, i jumped in boots and all, for as little as 1,2,3,4,5% of the sale (you can choose whatever you want) you can reward your customers and the best bit is you as the merchant gets the same reward amount, Now you see many companies advertising 10,15,and even 20% discounts, to me thats money just thrown down the drain, it leaves the merchant with nothing, it also takes alot of sales to recover that loss, For me now I say to my customers if they want a discount I say NO, but I will give you growth points, that has bought in alot more customers, even turned wanna bees into customers because of the deal I can give them, Just the fact when a customer is deciding on something and they can get it down the road, I tell them that they will not get growthpoints with that sale, again done deal, I even have had customers asking me to buy something for them that I do not deal in so that they can get points, Rest assured it was not a bed of roses at the start, there was a few glitches, things were not quite set up for my business, but with help from the tech team, improvements were made, now everything operates like a dream, For any business person reading this and not doing growth points for their customers is missing out big time.

I reported several reviews to Trustpilot as being written by Frega employees or insiders, including one from the company’s director and another from someone who openly admits to working for Frega as a “project manager.” Despite clear evidence, Trustpilot has chosen not to remove these reviews. This suggests that Trustpilot cannot be relied upon to apply its own rules consistently or to protect consumers from manipulated feedback. In my view, a platform that fails to uphold its own standards cannot justifiably call itself Trustpilot.
Frega looks and feels like a scheme dressed up as tech.
They constantly talk about a “Super App” with “Flash Offers” that’s supposedly launching on iOS and Google Play, but in all the Zoom calls I joined only design mock-ups were shown; no working app or development build was ever demonstrated. Without a real app or merchants paying in, the “syndicate pool” they promise to fund nightly payouts simply doesn’t exist.
The “airdrops” and “growth points” they sell are marketed as assets that increase in value and generate income, but in reality they only work if more people keep buying in. At the same time, a “licensee” structure has been built with titles like Master Licensee, Territory Manager, Area Manager, and Consultant. These roles don’t provide real services. Instead, they take cuts from the money flowing in underneath them.
Peter Delaney also personally promised me a refund, but later went back on it and warned me not to pursue my complaints with the bank/regulators.
On this page, Peter Delaney claims Frega was “sponsored” by the Department of Trade and Industry and has had “17 UK government R&D grants”. The DTI was abolished in 2007. In emails to me, Peter confirmed these were actually R&D tax credits - a routine HMRC relief - not competitive government grants. Genuine government R&D grants (e.g., through Innovate UK/UKRI) are published in searchable databases, and there is no record of Frega receiving any.
I reported Frega to Action Fraud, the FCA, and Trading Standards. Both the FCA and Action Fraud told me it “looks like a scam.”
From what I’ve seen, it resembles what regulators often describe as a Ponzi-style model - money flows upward through layers of recruitment rather than from genuine products or services.

Lionel, your information is incorrect. We now live in the UK because the British Department of Trade and Industry understood the potential of Frega and sponsored us to relocate from New Zealand to here, where the business has benefitted from 17 UK Government R&D grants for our heavily audited innovations.
There has been no ‘ripping off of pensioners abroad’. Rather a number of friends and associates where we lived in New Zealand (some of whom were over 65) invested in the company. All investments are precisely accounted for and stand to yield exceptional returns.
Unfortunately, you have also seriously breached GDPR by publishing the name and alleged medical condition of a good friend of mine Ronald David Muir and massively misrepresented the size and extent of private financial dealings between him and Frega Ltd. All actions taken were under specific, written instruction, in sound mind and remain active.
The allegation about ‘seatbelt’ Steve is serious and unfounded. I have no knowledge of this matter.

Peter Patrick Delaney born in South Africa, now residing in England, should be in prison, along with his assistants, Mandy Elizabeth Delaney, Carol Bettis and a few expats in the Philippines some of his so called family members, that apparently create the software and videos for him with the money of unsuspecting pensioners. He focuses on the ripping off of pensioners abroad (I'm guessing, to avoid UK prison), many of which have been those that live in New Zealand. He went as far as obtaining money by deception, from a Mr Ronald David Muir, several times, even though he was medically certified as 'suffering from dementia'; and when Delaney could not get a coherent yes or no from Mr Muir, Delaney sent his NZ friend ('seatbelt' Steve, friend of Ronald Muir's brother, Ed Muir) to Mr Muir's house to 'borrow' a further $22k. The demented pensioner, feeling bullied in his own home, parted with the money and will not see it or the $200k already invested, ever again. So, Delaney, in effect, has also ripped off the children of Mr Muir...that now stand to inherit far less from their father. For those that know of 'pure stew', this Peter Patrick Delaney (Paddy), was one of the founders and he alone benefited from everyone who lost their investments through him...just as he does, through frega.

6 plus years with FREGA UK and involved more than most apart from top management. Paddy Delaney has proved himself very optomistic yes. But backed it up with 100% transparency and his total involvement and long hours of impressively dedicated efforts. His Barrister background and Mathmetician prowess have saved the group from being burdened with debt. A family man who honours his responsibilities.
I like this company because you can log into the bigger platforms such as AMAZON, EBAY, ZOOM, and many more to come. All the USERS share in 90% of the companies REVENUE. They create their own apps and work with third party app developers. CAPITALPLUS is my favorite app where you can create your own projects all over the globe which is crowdfunded by FREGAS MEMBERS.
