Very poor experience with this service…
Very poor experience with this service overall. The RAC arranged this service for me. The Freeway call handler gave unclear payment instructions ie not giving reasons for a full payment bank transfer to be completed before the van was even dispatched, although he had told me the van was already on the way on the first contact. This caused delays, and the fitter arrived well after the original timeframe I was given, with no introduction or basic customer service skills. The only positive was that the tyre was fitted quickly once he started. I’m giving 2 stars for that alone, but I won’t be recommending this service.
