More reasonable pricing
Easy to follow app and so mmuch more reasonable pricing for renting.
While decades old renting services here local ask €44 for a 2 hour usage.
I have payed max €12. And able to just reserve a spot while many businesses are closed on Sundays and evenings.
And no mandatory insurance. Thank god. I found that ridiculously as normal mandatory insurance for car suffice most of the times. Hopefully it stays as an option, but also low reasonable pricing.

Smooth with easily solved lock-struggles
The lock can sometimes be a bit of a struggle. However the problems have always been resolved buy following their own trubleshooting.
With that said, everything else is always smooth!

I thought I extended the time with one…
I thought I extended the time with one hour, but forgot to push the final button on the phone, so when I got a text message from them about me being late to the return time, I immediately call their emergency number (it was evening) and they just extended my time with one hour! Super good support!!👍🏻
