Simple Floor plan for WiFi placement
I've been looking for a simple, easy to use floor plan solution to help with my home wireless network deployment. I took some quick measurements with a tape measure and was able to quickly make a descent scale drawing. I tried using Visio and PowerPoint, but this was so much easier to maintain the correct ratios.

Truly free and so helpful!
This site is great! It's free and perfect for the use of people just needed to do some easy planning. I used it to help plan for setting up a tiny dorm room and getting the most out of the space. It would be nice to have the option of a log in to save work BUT the links do bring you back to the project you were working on so you can continue. Absolutely a great site---thanks so much!

This room planner provided all the details I needed to plan appropriately, especially space left between objects/ furniture. I wish you could keep the labels larger while making the small furniture to scale; the name and dimensions disappear once an object gets to a certain size. Also, I had a wall with two doors and the tool was unable to measure the distance available between them. I just measured it myself IRL. Otherwise, this tool is great!
