Dreadful service + no product
Photo book ordered in plenty of time for Father’s Day, spent awhile creating it. Was looking forward to this as a nice present for my husband from my son. Book didn’t arrive. I waited some time before contacting. Spoke to AI bot and human agents - might as well all be the same, same script followed no matter, insincere messages and only option reprint book OR refund. I chose to have it reprinted… time passed again and the book did not arrive (twice!). Spoke to AI and humans and received AI generic response from both, just dreadful. The only options they have are “refund or reprint”. I would have thought after the debacle and dissappintment I’d experienced they might have gone some way to checking why it hasn’t arrived twice (never had a problem with deliveries to my address before) possibly discussing an alternative address to send to AND a refund!!
Honestly such a dreadful service. If I could give them zero stars I would. Highly unrecommended 👎

Great quality, made a lovely gift
This was gift for friend. After scrolling through too many photos on phone, I screen shot those I wanted to choose from so they appeared as the most recent pictures. I cropped/adjusted them all so they were ready to use.
It made uploading to the book much easier.
Adding text to the spine was a faff, I couldn't adjust it properly and in the end I gave up (prob a me thing)
The finished book itself is really lovely, I chose an extra to open the book flat and I'm pleased because it added to the final product. The printing and quality is superb.
